Shipping Policy

Processing

• Orders are reviewed for coverage, compatibility and availability before they ship.
• In-stock orders typically process within 1–3 business days.
• Full system orders, tinted materials, freight shipments and pallet quantities may take longer.

Ground and freight

• Small parcels ship by ground carrier. Estimated ground rate: $29 base plus $0.85 per pound.
• Shipments over roughly 300 lb, pallet quantities and large kits ship by LTL freight and are quoted individually.
• Freight deliveries are curbside. A liftgate, limited-access or residential delivery may add cost.
• Someone must be present to receive and inspect freight deliveries.

Hazardous and regulated materials

Some resin, hardener and solvent products are regulated for transport. These may not be eligible for air shipment, may require ground-only service and cannot ship to certain destinations. If eligibility is still being verified for an item you need, contact us and we will confirm before charging you.

Temperature

Resinous materials are sensitive to freezing and to extreme heat. During temperature extremes we may hold or reroute a shipment to protect the product. Inspect and store material indoors at moderate temperature on arrival.

Delivery inspection

• Inspect every shipment before signing.
• Note any damage, shortage or leaking container on the delivery receipt.
• Photograph damaged pallets and containers and contact us within 48 hours.

Local pickup

Local pickup in Connecticut is not currently offered online. Contact us if pickup is important for your project.

International

We do not currently ship outside the United States.
