Straight answers before you book
How long does a residential garage floor take?
Most single- and two-car garages are prepped and coated in one to two days depending on the system, with return-to-service times published on the product data sheets.
Do you grind the concrete?
Yes. We mechanically prepare every slab with diamond grinding or shot blasting to the profile the specified system requires. We do not acid-etch as a substitute.
Will the coating peel?
Peeling is almost always a preparation or moisture problem. We test for moisture vapor emission where conditions warrant and use a mitigation primer when the readings call for it.
Can I install one of your systems myself?
Yes — Legends Coatings sells the same product categories we install, with application instructions and data sheets on each product page.
